Holiday Marina to Port Royale, and a boom injury

I sailed the Catalina 270 Christina from Holiday Marina to Port Royale Marina and back.

At the end of a long, cold day, I took an accidental jibe and the boom hit me in the head. I went to the emergency room.

The video goes through what led up to it, the injury, and the changes I made afterward. I filmed the incident but chose not to show the footage. Reviewing it helped me see what went wrong.
